Most applicants wait days just to know their visa was even filed. With us, the waiting-in-the-dark part ends the same day.
Here is the part of Dubai visa processing nobody explains properly: there are two different clocks running. One is how fast your agent actually files your application. The other is how fast UAE immigration approves it. Agents cannot control the second clock, no one can. But the first clock is entirely in the agent's hands, and it is where days quietly disappear. Documents sit in someone's inbox. Forms wait for "tomorrow morning." You have no application number, no proof anything has started, nothing to track.
We run the first clock differently. Send us your documents any day between 10 AM and 7 PM, and within 3 hours your application is submitted and your application number is in your hands on WhatsApp. From that moment, your visa is officially in UAE immigration's queue, and express approval takes 2 working days.
How the 3-hour promise works
Step 1 (you, 5 minutes)
WhatsApp us 3 documents: passport scan (first page, last page, cover), one photo on a white background, and your PAN card. No embassy visit, no printouts, no forms to fill yourself.
Step 2 (us, within 3 hours)
We verify your documents, prepare the form, submit the application, and send you the application number on WhatsApp. This applies to documents received between 10 AM and 7 PM, any day.
Step 3 (UAE immigration, up to 2 working days)
Express approval typically arrives within 2 working days. Depending on the immigration online queue, it sometimes comes far sooner, the same evening or within 6 to 12 hours. On a working day, our own representative in the UAE can go to immigration in person and follow up on your file directly, something an online-only application cannot do.
How fast can it actually get?
A recent case from our desk: a traveller with a Sunday flight sent us documents on a Friday. Application filed at 3 PM. Express visa approved by 4 PM the same day, one hour later. That is not our promise, that is the immigration queue on a good day. Our promise stays what we control: application filed within 3 hours, approval typically within 2 working days. When the queue is light, you get surprises like this one.
Why "2 working days" is not always 2 days on the calendar
This is the single most misunderstood thing about Dubai visa timing, and the reason people feel let down even when everything went right. Working days count only UAE working days. Non-working days do not count:
- The UAE weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Friday is a normal working day.
- UAE national holidays are non-working days.
- Eid holidays are the big one. In a single year, Eid can run 5 to 10 non-working days in a row.
So if you apply just before a UAE weekend or during an Eid stretch, "2 working days" can genuinely become a week or more on the calendar, with nothing wrong with your file. Multiple entry visas: UAE quotas on multiple entry visas sometimes run short. Message us first to confirm availability before you plan around one.
Who actually needs express
- Travel within 7 to 10 days: normal processing takes 5 working days, which leaves no buffer if anything needs correction. Express gives you the visa with days to spare.
- Flight deals that will not wait: when a fare is about to jump, a 2-day visa lets you book with confidence instead of gambling.
- Last-minute business or family trips: the 3 documents can be sent from your phone in minutes, and the application number arrives the same day, proof for anyone who needs to see the trip is real.
Before you apply: check these yourself first
We have to be direct about this. We cannot see your past UAE file history from India. We have no way to check it, so we will never ask you to prove it to us. But if any of the below is true and you apply anyway, your visa can be rejected, and the fee is not refundable. These are things only you can confirm.
1. No other application already in process
If you already have a Dubai visa application running with another company or agent at the same time, it can cause our application to get stuck or rejected too. Make sure there is no other pending application under your passport before you apply with us.
2. Old residence or work visa must be cancelled, not just expired
This catches a lot of people. If you ever held a UAE residence or employment visa, it must have been formally cancelled in the system. Expired is not the same as cancelled. An old visa that simply expired can still show as an open, active file years after you left the UAE, and it will block your new application. You have to confirm the cancellation with your old sponsor or PRO. We cannot do this for you.
3. No previous blacklist or ban
A UAE ban or blacklist is tied to you as a person, not to your passport. A new passport does not clear it. A ban can also apply across other Gulf countries, since their immigration records are increasingly shared.
How to check your own status: you can verify your UAE file and any ban status yourself. For Dubai-issued visas, use the GDRFA Dubai portal. For visas issued elsewhere in the UAE, use ICP Smart Services. You can also call the UAE immigration call centre with your passport number. What you receive: approved or rejected
Either way, you get a clear result in your hand:
- Approved: we send you your approved visa copy, ready to travel.
- Rejected: we send you the proof of rejection, which is the application form itself marked with rejected status.
UAE immigration never gives a reason for a rejection. Nobody gets one, not us, not any agent. We can only guess at the likely cause from the risk factors above. If your application is rejected, you can personally verify the status at UAE immigration through a friend or relative who is in the UAE, using the same application number.

The visa fee is non-refundable whether the outcome is approval or rejection. Rules and fees can change without notice.

Does 2 working days mean 2 calendar days?
No. It counts only UAE working days. Saturday and Sunday are the UAE weekend, and UAE national holidays do not count either. During Eid, non-working days can run 5 to 10 days in a row, so the calendar wait can be much longer than 2 days even when everything is fine.
What if I send documents after 7 PM?
