1. Rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2. Any increase in airfare, hotel charges, taxes, visa fees, fuel surcharge, or currency fluctuation before confirmation/ticketing will be borne by the client. 3.
3. Package rates are based on current taxes. Any future increase in GST/TCS or government taxes will be applicable accordingly. 
4. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) @ 2% will be applicable as per Government of India regulations on international packages/remittances.
5. International hotel taxes, tourism levies, resort fees, city taxes, and other mandatory destination charges (e.g. Dubai Tourism Dirham) are payable directly by the guest at the hotel. 
6. Hotel check-in/check-out timings are as per hotel policy. Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability. 
7. JAS Tours and Travels is not responsible for cancellation/delay of flights, visa rejection, natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond our control. 
8. No refunds will be provided for any unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, transfers, or tours. 
9. Clients are requested to verify all travel documents, passports, visas, names, dates, and timings before confirmation.
10. . Passport validity should be minimum 6 months from the date of travel.
11. Travel insurance is not mandatory; however, it is strongly advised for all travelers.
12. . Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate. JAS Tours and Travels does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
13. . Booking amount/payment once made may be non-refundable as per airline/hotel/supplier cancellation policies. 
14. Certain attractions/tours may be closed due to weather, maintenance, government regulations, or operational reasons without prior notice.
15. . Any additional expenses due to personal reasons, medical emergencies, delays, or itinerary changes will be borne directly by the client.
16. In case of war, political unrest, natural calamities, pandemics, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation, a service charge of Rs. 3,000 per person by JAS Tours and Travels will be deducted along with applicable supplier cancellation charges. 
17. By confirming the booking, the client accepts all above terms & conditions.
