Dubai Visa Extension for Indians | Rs.27,000 per Extension | 2 Working Days
For visas issued by JAS Tours and Travels, since 2012
Your Dubai visa extension cost for Indians is Rs.27,000 per extension, all inclusive, and it takes 2 working days. If we issued your Dubai visa for Indians, you do not send us a single document again. We already hold your visa file. You message us before your stay ends, we apply, and your extended visa arrives on email.
This page gives you the real price, how many times you can extend, the last safe date to apply, what happens if you apply late, and the mistakes we see every month.
✓ Rs.27,000 per extension, no hidden fees, nothing to pay at immigration
✓ No documents needed again, we hold your visa file
✓ Extended visa on email in 2 working days
✓ Pay in INR from India, or in AED at our UAE office on request
Please note: We do not provide work visas or employment visas for any country. Please do not call or message us regarding work visa enquiries, we have no knowledge of and do not operate in that area. We only assist with tourist visas, and a tourist visa extension does not permit work.
| What | Details | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai visa extension, 1 month | 2 working days, all inclusive | Rs. 27,000 |
| Second extension, 1 month | Same process, same timeline | Rs. 27,000 |
The price covers everything: the government extension fee, our service charge and GST. There is no extra typing fee, no immigration counter visit and no document charge. The price is linked to the AED exchange rate and moves a little when the rate moves, so we confirm the exact figure on WhatsApp the day you apply.
Websites quote AED 800 to 1,100 for an extension. That figure is for a different route and does not apply to an agency-filed tourist visa. Use the number above when you plan your trip.

A visa is extended by the sponsor who issued it. That is the rule in the UAE system, and it decides everything on this page.
Yes, we can extend
Any Dubai tourist visa issued by JAS Tours and Travels: 30 days or 60 days, Normal or Express, single or multiple entry. Express visas extend exactly like Normal ones.
No, we cannot extend
A visa issued by another agent or another sponsor. Their file is not in our system and the extend option does not show for us. Ask the agent who issued it. In the same way, nobody else can extend a visa we issued.
Not extendable at all
The 60-day non-sponsored visa. It cannot be extended by anyone, by design. If you think you may stay longer than 60 days, tell us before you apply so we issue the right visa type.
Two extensions of one month each are standard. A 30-day visa can become a 90-day stay and a 60-day visa a 120-day stay, in two steps.
A third and fourth extension is sometimes possible. UAE immigration decides this per file at the time of the request, and we only know when the option appears on the portal. We have completed four extensions on one visa, and we have seen files where the option simply did not appear after the second. Plan on two. Treat anything beyond that as a bonus, never as a promise.
1. Confirm your last date with us as soon as you land
Your stay counts from the day you enter the UAE, not from the visa issue date. Message us your entry date and we reply with your last permitted date. Put a reminder in your phone calendar at least 7 days before it.
2. Message us at least 2 working days before your stay ends
Earlier is better. UAE immigration is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so a stay ending on a Monday needs the request by the Thursday before. Friday is a working day in the UAE.
3. We check the immigration portal for your file
If the extend option shows for your visa, the extension goes through. We have not had one rejected once the option was visible. If it does not show, we tell you the same day so you can plan your exit.
4. You pay, we file
Pay Rs.27,000 by bank transfer from India. If someone is paying for you in the UAE, payment in AED at our UAE office can be arranged on request, case by case. No documents are needed, we already have your passport copy, photo and visa.
5. Extended visa on email in 2 working days
Keep a copy on your phone. Your new last date is 1 month after the old one. Then change your return flight and extend your travel insurance, see the mistakes section below.
The UAE system allows a grace of about 3 to 4 days after your stay ends. An extension filed inside those days still goes through, but immigration adds a penalty of roughly AED 50 to 100 for every day you are late, on top of the Rs.27,000. We pass that penalty on at cost.
After the grace days the file moves to absconding status. That means a fine of AED 3,500 to 4,500, a permanent blacklist on your name, and no further extension. The blacklist stays with the person, not the passport, so a new passport does not clear it. This is the one outcome we work hardest to prevent, and it is entirely avoidable with a calendar reminder.
Grace days are not free days: every late day costs money and the grace window is short. Apply before your stay ends, not after.
1. Forgetting the last date
The most common one. People remember the visa issue date or the number of days, not the actual last date of stay. Ask us for the exact date after you enter and set a reminder 7 days before it.
2. Not changing the return flight
The extension changes your visa, not your ticket. Rebook or reschedule the return flight the same day the extended visa arrives, before fares climb.
3. Letting travel insurance lapse
If you bought travel insurance, it ends on the original return date. Extend the policy for the new dates, a hospital visit in the UAE without cover costs far more than the extension itself.
4. Asking to cancel after it is done
Once the extension is filed it cannot be cancelled and the fee is not refundable, even if your plans change the next day. You are free to leave the UAE at any time before the new last date, the unused days are simply lost.
5. Asking another agent to extend our visa
Only the issuing sponsor can extend. A friend's agent in Dubai cannot file it, however well connected. Message the number on this page.
No. A 30-day Normal visa at Rs.8,500 plus one extension at Rs.27,000 comes to Rs.35,500 for 60 days. A 60-day Normal visa costs Rs.17,500 upfront. If there is any chance you will stay beyond 30 days, take the 60-day visa and keep the extension as a backup for a genuine change of plan. Full comparison on our 30 vs 60 days page →
How much does a Dubai visa extension cost for Indians?
Rs.27,000 per extension of one month, all inclusive, for a visa issued by JAS Tours and Travels. The figure is linked to the exchange rate, so we confirm the exact amount on the day you apply.
How long does the extension take?
2 working days. Apply at least 2 working days before your stay ends, earlier if a UAE weekend or public holiday falls in between.
Do I need to send documents again?
No. We hold your passport copy, photo and visa from the original application. You only send your entry date and the payment.
Can an Express visa be extended?
Yes. Every tourist visa we issue, Normal or Express, single or multiple entry, 30 or 60 days, can be extended. Only the 60-day non-sponsored visa cannot be extended.
Can the extension be rejected?
We check the immigration portal first. If the extend option shows for your file, the extension goes through. If it does not show, we do not take payment and we tell you the same day.
Can I extend a visa that another agent issued?
No. Only the issuing sponsor can extend a visa. Contact the agent who issued yours. For the same reason, nobody else can extend a visa issued by us.
Can I cancel the extension and get a refund if I leave early?
No. Once filed, the extension is non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can leave the UAE any time before the new last date, the remaining days are simply unused.
