Every JAS Dubai package is land only. Hotels, transfers and sightseeing are in the price; flights and visa are not. We say that in the first paragraph, not at checkout. This page shows each package with the Dubai tourist visa added, so you see the real per-person number before you send a single message. And because you are booking the package with us, the visa itself costs you less than it would on its own.

The 30 days Dubai tourist visa on its own costs Rs 8,500 per person with us. Book any Dubai package below and the same visa drops to Rs 7,300 per person. That figure is complete: embassy fees, our service charges and GST are all inside it. You save Rs 1,200 per person, and a couple saves Rs 2,400 before the trip has even started.
There is no coupon code and no condition hidden below. If you book a package, you pay Rs 7,300 for the visa. That is the whole offer.
All six packages below are live on our Dubai tour packages page. Prices are per person, land only, with the package-rate visa added on the second line. Flights stay separate on purpose: you fly from any Indian city or any Gulf country, on any airline, at the fare you find, instead of paying whatever fare someone baked into a bundle. TCS at 2 percent applies extra on international packages.
Land package Rs 32,499 + visa Rs 7,300 = Rs 39,799 per person all-in
Land package Rs 45,599 + visa Rs 7,300 = Rs 52,899 per person all-in
Land package Rs 49,999 + visa Rs 7,300 = Rs 57,299 per person all-in
Land package Rs 61,499 + visa Rs 7,300 = Rs 68,799 per person all-in
Land package Rs 82,499 + visa Rs 7,300 = Rs 89,799 per person all-in
Land package Rs 1,12,999 + visa Rs 7,300 = Rs 1,20,299 per person all-in
Why do most advertised Dubai packages look cheaper than these? Because the advertised number usually excludes the visa, sometimes excludes transfers, and the difference appears at payment time. Our packages exclude exactly two things, flights and visa, we tell you on line one, and this page even prices the visa for you. Compare all-in against all-in and then decide.
This is the 30 days Dubai tourist visa, single entry, normal processing, which covers every package on this page since the longest is 7 days. Three facts about it that most people learn too late:
Your stay clock starts when you land, not when the visa is issued. You get a 58 day window to enter the UAE after issue, and your 30 days of stay count from the day you first enter. Leaving and re-entering does not reset anything. Full explanation on our validity and stay duration guide.
You will fly on an e-visa copy, so OTB applies. Ok to Board is the airline verifying your visa against your PNR before you board. We handle the OTB step as part of the visa processing. What OTB is and why airlines deny boarding without it is covered in our OTB guide.
Travelling within days, not weeks? Express processing exists, with the application filed in 3 hours. It costs more than the package rate. Details on the express visa page. Tell us your travel date on WhatsApp and we will tell you plainly whether normal processing is safe for your dates or not.
We would rather you read this here than discover it at an airport counter. No agency, including us, can promise these three things:
Approval is not guaranteed. If your passport carries a prior blacklist or absconding record from the UAE, the application can be rejected, and visa fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome. That is a UAE immigration rule, not our policy. The seven most common causes are on our rejection reasons page.
An approved visa is not guaranteed entry. The final decision always sits with the immigration officer at the airport in Dubai. Rejections at that stage are rare for genuine tourists, but the officer's call is final everywhere in the world.
Rules and fees can change without notice. UAE immigration revises fees and requirements from time to time. The rate on this page is what we honour today, and the verified date above tells you how current it is.
A visa included in the package is still a visa application. You provide: passport with minimum 6 months validity from your travel date, a clear passport-size photograph, and PAN card. That is the standard list for most applicants; a few profiles need one or two more papers, all listed on our complete documents checklist. Send everything on WhatsApp; nobody visits an office.
A large part of our work is exactly this: someone in Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait or Bahrain books the package and we process the visas for parents or family flying out of an Indian city. The whole thing runs on WhatsApp, documents move as photos, and the traveller never has to understand the process. If part of the family is joining from the Gulf and part from India, we price and arrange both sides in one plan. This is also where the flights-excluded model quietly pays off, because two people flying from two countries were never going to fit inside one bundled airfare anyway.
The visa is priced separately at the package-buyer rate of Rs 7,300 per person, and this page shows the combined total for every package. We keep the two lines visible instead of hiding one inside the other, so you always know what each part costs.
Everything: UAE embassy fees, our service charges and GST. There is no additional processing fee, urgent fee or handling fee added later for normal processing.
Yes. The packages are land only, so you are free to arrange your own visa. Most clients still take ours because one WhatsApp thread handling hotel, transfers, sightseeing and visa together means one party is responsible for the whole trip working.
Visa fees are non-refundable whatever the outcome, which is standard across the industry because the embassy fee is spent the moment we file. The package amount is separate and follows our normal cancellation terms. Before filing, we look at your profile and tell you honestly if we see a risk, because a rejection wastes our time as much as your money.
Yes, and for some travellers, like those combining Dubai with another Gulf stop and coming back through Dubai, they are the right choice. The Rs 7,300 rate is for the 30 day single entry visa; longer and multiple entry options are quoted on request. Our 30 vs 60 day guide explains who actually needs which.
Send your dates, number of travellers and departure city on WhatsApp at 97262 91183. You get a written quote the same day with package, visa and TCS shown as separate lines, and that written number is the final number.
